Damn i love those things. it says on the menu that they are 100% cholesterol free so how bad are they for you? this is the funny thing though, i ate there on sunday afternoon and the next day at the gym, i weighed in at 227 up from 222. then on wednesday i weighed in at 224 being down 3 pounds. well on thursday night i ate at red robin again. Today (friday) i weighted in at 230 up 6 lbs from wednesday. everything other than this has been the same with the diet. when i eat there i down the fries, to the point that i can't even finish my burger. i have no other potatoes in my diet so thats what i'm thinking made me jump in weight because i didn't eat any potatoes other than on sunday and thursday night. The day after each time i eat some, my weight is up. what are your guy's thoughts on that. i'm thinking i need to add potatoes into the diet plan since i'm bulking.
