EC stack is also effective (use pure ephedrine hcl and caffeine)- though of course if you truly want ephedrine free this is out. (note ephedrine hcl and "ephedra extract" are quite different- ephedra has 6 alkaloids the primary of which is psuedoephedrine, followed by ephedrine)
