How do I keep Tribulus working without cycling it?!

Everytime I use Tribulus, I have a week of random boners throughout the day, horny as hell, better focus, more aggression, acne, the whole nine yards. Then, all of a sudden, it stops working, and suddenly I can't get an erection at all. What brand of Tribulus are you able to keep using year round? What are you guys using with Tribulus that can keep it working without cycling it?

I have seen a couple of studies which suggest trib is useless. I have never had any results from it.
