Marble Sized Knot after inject

I am a little worried...
I have very good clean procedures for injections...
I popped open a new vial of ** Test e on wed (same brand and supplier as my previous vial) and did an injection in my right cheek
It is 4 days later and there has been a marble sized knot where I did the inject... It is hard but there is no bulge in the skin, no redness and it doesn't seem to be warm to the touch.. but it does hurt...
I then did another inject in the left cheek yesterday and there is a LOT of pain in that cheek.. actually kept me up some last night....

Could it be just a different mix of Test e? should I worry about the knot? How do i know if i have an infection? If it is an infection what meds should I get? I have a good friend that is a Doc i can get a script from...

Probly normal, I had a baseball size lump for almost two weeks and I am still alive.

I get a golfball size knot all the time. It will go away with time. I use a heat pad seems to help.

some guys suggest a light massage to spread the juice, but i have read some pros dont recommend it....a variation of factors could be related to the pain, first of all enanthate is usually a painfull compound....another could be the size of pin, and whether you shot it straight down or in an angle...i usually run my rig underneath hot water to breakdown the oil, and i have also moved from a 25gauge to 22gauge, yes its thicker and the prick hurts and perhaps i will aquire more scar tissue but it seems the oil is dispersed more evenly....some shots just hurt, it just depends i have been experimenting during my current cycle but i can seem to narrow down the cause for discomfort....wish you luck....hope this post helped...

I always get that after glute shots... Test E is even worse... I'm suffering from a shot a few hours ago... If it does not feel hot, there is no redness and you have no fever you shoudl be ok. just keep an eye out for these symptoms.
