    Great website for lifting techniques

    Take a look at this website someone told me about.

    Its got every lift and shows you how its done.

    It is definitely a very valuable website. I was trying to figure out how to do the JM press by reading an article over at t-nation.com. It wasn't until I went on this site, that I learned proper execution.

    it is an awesome page although they need to put the exercises in alphabetical order in each body part imo that would make it easier to find what you need faster but who cares its free and its awesome!

    so much info that its to much info. i mean that in the best possible way, its just that its gonna take me a year to read it all and implicating the new things ill have learned will be equally challenging. thanks for the site, hopefully i can use it to help me build my arnold chest!

    Yea, i love that website. I found it over 4 years ago. It has crazy workout routines as well as diets,etc. Alot of good stuff.

    Im glad you guys are finding it helpfull. When i found it i was amazed at the amount of different exercises.
    Should be the size of the that guy soon lol.
