I know Exemestane is suppose to be pretty strong. I am taking it thoughout cycle to cut down on bloat etc. Now being that its "strong" does it have to be taken everyday or EOD ?

take 25mgs a day or you can try 15 mgs a day and see what works for you.

I'm using arimidex during cycle and will use aromasin only during pct.

I'm a big fan of Letrozole also, but after readin up on exemestane (aromasin) in the profile section, I'm thinking of incorporating it into omy next cycle.... whichi will be coming up very soooooooooon Beside the positive write-up, i've heard a lot of good feedback also. We'll see.....

That's true in a sense. After a single dose at 25 mg, the maximal suppression of circulating estrogens occurs 2 to 3 days after dosing and persists for 4 to 5days.

However, the terminal half-life is about 24 hours. So why stop at bloat, you might as well get the full benefit, which means using 20-25mgs ED.

Because it is strong, which I admitted to, many elect half doses and that's fine but I'd avoid EOD because it contradicts the half-life.

I will try 25mgs. ED for the following cycle. Weeks 1-6 150mgs. Prop EOD Weeks 1-8 T-bol at 80mgs. ED Weeks 1-14 Test Enanthate at 750mgs.EW and 1-13EQ EW at 600mgs. This will be my first time using Examastane, is it better than Armidex? How will it be at keeping the bloat down? Should I add any other anties in? I'm looking for some opinions

I'm using 25 mgs ed. I started it 3 weeks into cycle. In 2 days I lost 6 lbs of water weight. My face leaned out incredible. I never experienced that with nolva or l-dex. Even running them at the same time. I'm sold on it. Its just expensive.

I am glad to see the exemestane work so well for you. it is a little expensive but if it works who cares about the price. Did you get it from ARR?

Just my opinion, but with your cycle I'd suggest .25mg arimidex and 10mg nolva ed during cycle and .5mg aromasin and 20mg nolva pct along with 50mg ed proviron.

I have used arimidex while on cycle and it has worked well for me but I am very tempted to try exemestane because so many people seem to love it. Maybe for my next cycle.
