    Never send a girl out for protein powder

    My sister was going into town so I asked her to pick me up some protein powder, make sure its around 90% protein and cheap I said.

    What do I get?

    Its in a pink tub, it's called "body fit" its mixed berry flavour, it has bits of berries floating in it. it says "PERFECT FOR BREAKFAST" in big letters on the side, and it's 50% protein.

    haha my mum did the same thing for me. she got me a protein plus shake. with cool logo and container. with a nice chocolate taste. but it was complete crap. think it was like 12g of protein per 100ml
