hey guys
i have only used clen once before and i had a more anabolic rather than fat loss effect from it, i think this is because of its anti catabolic effects stoping the breakdown of muscle but not effecting the build up of muscle? any how i dont kno! i was not on any gear at the time. i have started some gear now and want to use clen while on gear to see if i can lose abit of fat, wat are your thoughts?
