What is a good exercise to target the outer part of the tricep? I mainly do close grip presses, dips, push downs and skull crushers. I dont seem to be getting as much growth on the outer tricep as I do the inner. What exercises do I need to add?

Overhead extensions (barbell, one arm, cable or single dumbell versions) and reverse triceps pressdown.![]()
