prime with dbol -3 weeks@50mg ED
1-12 sust 500mg week (split250 & 250)
1-12 deca 500mg week(split250& 250)
12-18prop 100mg ED
12-18 winny tabs 100mg ED

PCT
hcg 500IU for 14days
20mg nolva for 4 weeks

what is the point of "prime with Dbol"? and the pct sucks. Add an AI.

EXACTLY what I told him. A-dex .25 throughout. drop the dbol. & alter the pct by adding proviron & clomid.

I how many cycles has he done? I don't understand the "prime with dbol" most people use it at the beginning of there cycle while there running test to jumpstart gains so to speak. I also don't understand the prop and winny at the end of this cycle. Why?

this will be his 2nd cycle. about 178lbs 33yrs old. 14% b/f
the prop & winny at the end is to cut..

1-12 sust 500mg week (split250 & 250)
1-12 deca 500mg week(split250& 250)....Deca should be a lower dose than the test, 300-400.
12-18prop 100mg ED
12-18 winny tabs 100mg ED I would never use winny, use Anavar instead

hcg 500IU for 14days ???? why ???? Run it last few weeks of cycle and stop it when PCT starts
20mg nolva for 4 weeks....40/40/40/20

Most people I know do not react well if the deca is as high or higher than the test, esp if they are older men.

hcg 500IU for 14days 14 days everyday? Should be ran either every 3-5 days through the cycle or the last few weeks of the cycle. You will get differing thoughts on this, but all should agree to not take it everyday and you definately do not want to take it in PCT as it will hinder getting things back to normal. Taking it during cycle keeps the boys from turning to peas.. . .and towards the end of the cycle helps them return to normal production sooner during PCT.

I take HCG ED 500iu for 14 days in the gap between cycle and pct when on long esters. However as his gap will be smaller i would be inclined to shoot a higher dose (1500iu) straight after cycle end then commence pct. I would also shoot 500iu twice a week during cycle if balls disappeared.

Well what you recommended wasn't bad, it's just your personal opinion so it isn't wrong.

The things that stood out to me was the deca needing to be lower than the test and to run var instead of winstrol...No biggies really.

Just because you run test doesn't mean it has to be ran highest mg....

And, If you would run Var over Winstrol your crazy! lol jm with ya.

My opinions are not about how to be the biggest man in the world at any cost. I do not advise the use of harsh drugs like oral winny, halo, cheak drops ect, better to get big in as safe a way as possible.

Also I have run deca in cycles at least a dozen times so my opinion of running it lower than test comes from my experiances and also those of the prople I know.....not from a book. Deca dick is no joke so do what you like, I will try to save my sex life. Been doing this 22 years and I have watched them come and go, better to do it smart IMO.
