chronium supplement what the heck does that do never heard of it. suppos to build muscle or something all i think is it natural? how does it work and help u build muscle.

Never heard of Chronium but CHROMIUM, which is a mineral that helps regulate insulin(which is very anabolic hence muscle building) and also helps in the metabolization of fat.

Actually chromium is only effective if the person is deficent to begin with. Otherwise it is complete waste.
