Depends on if you are on HRT or not. HRT patients stay on a low dose of test year round.

for starters man, please fill out your profile. we need to know your stats before being able to give you the best advice we can. the most important is your age, weight, bf%, height, and training experience.

the most i can tell you right now is that a 16 week cycle isn't typical. most people have a sharp decline in gains by around their 10-12th week, hence why most cycles recommended vary from 8-12 weeks. also, at a length of time that long, you will supress your own bodies test production quite a bit. i'd strongly advise adding some HCG into your cycle about half way through or so and then again right near the beginning of PCT. take some arimidex along with the HCG (or if you're susceptible to gyno, right through the whole cycle) and it would help your recovery time quite a bit.

Let me say this.. i know a friend that have used steriods since he was 19. he is today 30 or 31 im not sure. anyway this guy takes mainly sustanon
(and everything else he gets his hands on) but mainly sustanon and he has done this for all these years WITHOUT stopping. that means he does NOT do a cycle or so.. 11-12 years of non stop susta! As far as i know he has never done a pct either. the only times he has stopped the susta injections is when he has been in jail/prison. so what damage has he got from all this? he wasat the doctors and they told him that his sperm does not swim good anymore. so they had to do a injection thing with his wife so that she could be pregnant. he is also bald and hairy but i dont know if thats from the AAS use or not. I think he will have serious problems when he gets older.
