I have read some articles that state clen is anti-catabolic, and yet other articles say it is catabolic. I want to know what the board members experiences have been.

^^^ just kiddin. I took clen during my pct and I think that it helped.
I used it once during pct and kept most of my gains. Not sure if it was the clen, or the clomid and nolva kicking up my test production again
I hate clen.
anyone else???
I used it, and I liked it. Kept my muscle mass and strength.
It is catabolic to fat stores, but I wouldnt say it is anti-catabolic to muscle. Ive never experienced anything like that with clen.

Neutral, I've seen more weight lost on other products and over the counter products. I have a bro who is shredded and huge, he swears by it. He says it helps him keep his muscle and gets him cut.
