    Needing cutting help badly

I am at my wits end to solve my cutting problem.

I am 6 foot, 205 lbs. I have been trying to cut down to about 185 to 190 for about 6 months. I started at about 210-215 lbs. I have tried to modify my diet and workout plan, but with no consistent results. Don't get me wrong...I have made improvements, meaning that I have cut some fat, and I have made some gains in muscle mass. However, I am so frustrated because the improvements to my body seem miniscule in comparison to the amount of time and effort I am devoting.

I have adjusted my diet from 3000 cal to around 2000 cal now.

Here is a sample meal plan:

    8am
    2/3 cup oats
    8 egg whites

    noon
    chicken breast
    2/3 cup oats

    Pre Work Out
    Chicken Breast
    1 cup oats

    Post Work Out
    2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder
3/4 cup rice or 1 cup oats

    6pm
    1 scoop protein powder
celery with about 1 tablespoon peanut butter

    9 pm
    chicken breast
    handful almonds, about 15

I also supplement with VIT C, multivit, creatine mono, and about 10 pills of fish/flax oil.

    Calorie Breakdown: 800-1000 carbs/ 700-1100 protein/ 300-450 fat
    Total 1800-2550 cal

I strength train about 6 days out of the week. I do morning cardio for 50 min on 6 days out of the week.

Like I said, I have seen an improvement, but I feel as if my progress has stagnated for the past 2 months, and I am not sure how to proceed. I have the beginnings of a six pack, but I want to take off another ten lbs to get really cut. I was hoping that you guys could give me some advice.

cals seem too low IMO...I'm afraid you are going to lose LBM along with fat.

Overall, I like the diet except your 6pm meal...scratch that and add whole foods.

List macros for each meal and final...I don't want percentages...I want the exact #.
