Can anyone describe the correct form to perform this excercise?
I guess I will try to explain it. First off, you want to walk up to the bar shins touching the bar. Get that big chest and flat back as you would do a squat. Then lift with up the bar using your legs and bounce the bar off with your thighs(cheat method) and shrug your shoulders to your ears. That is all in one motion so you need to be very explosive. When your shoulders get to your ears you want to drop your ass and get UNDER the bar and catch it. It will look like what you look like at the bottom of a front squat. Then you just front squat it up and finish with your elbows up and straight ahead. I hope it's not too confusing. :X
