This is something you probably should have figured out before hand but I would recomend .5mg ed. Thats what I plan on doing. You dont want to take a high dosage so I would recomend .5 or .25mg ed if bloat gets bad up the dosage for a week or two. Then drop it back down.

also how about taking it after for pct?
and was that 5 mg ed or 25 mgs ed what would u do ?
