    Abs And Forearms???

i am wondering what the best way is to work out abs and forearms...they are two bodyparts that are very important to me that i want to look good

should i work them both ED or once a week like the rest of my body???

    workout now
    M- back
    T- chest
    W- off
    T-Bi's
    F-Tri's
    S-Legs
    S- shoulders

where should i incorporate abs and forearms in order to get the most out of them
    i am on deca/test cycle now, 12 weeks, 420 mg's each/week

Treat them like all other muscles, I would research more training routines if I was you tho, the one you are doing now is alittle weak imo.

for my forearms i always did them after back so they basically get their own day instead of hitting them after ive worn them out on bi's. i do reverse preachers, seated hammercurls, and either wrist curls or rolling up a weight w/ the makeshift stick and rope. besides the bootleg last excercise i got the rest from a tom prince article. the makeshift thing really does give a sick burn though.

you can jsut lift heavy yo uback day, wiht no straps. thats fine for forearms. and for yor uabbs maybe once a weeks everythign you do in the gym works your abbs. Diet is key there.
