Just got Liquid Clen

i just bought the combo clen/taurine at arr and i probably should have read the total in the bottle before i made a purchase but is my math correct.

Day1: 20mcg - 1 spray
Day2: 40mcg - 2 sprays
Day3: 60mcg - 3 sprays
Day4: 80mcg - 4 sprays


1 bottle of clen = 200mcg.
each spray is 20mcg?
so 1 bottle holds 10 sprays which is the equivalent of roughly 4 days?

is that right?

Whoa, wait a minute! A bottle only last 4 days??? That can't be right..

ahhhhhhhh. 20 mcg per pump, 10 pumps = 200 mcg, 200mcg per ml, 30 ml per bottle. 300 pumps or so per bottle.

No, the clen i have ordered always come in a 30mL bottle.. And it is dosed at 200mcgs/mL......

So if i did my math right, that would make each bottle:

6,000mcgs, right? Which is alot more than 4 days worth..

AWESOME. im ok with the math issue. here i was thinking i would have to buy 4 bottles (1 bottle = 4 days...so, 14 days / 4 = 3.5 bottles...yeah. YEAH) just to cover 2 weeks worth.

so since my math is off ill ask about the l-taurine as well. throughout the boards i see i should be taking 3-5g of taurine. the bottle that came from lion contains 100 capsules (500mg). which means i need to take between 6-10 capsules a day, right?

correct. you may not even need the taurine.
