i do cardio 4 times a week pwo at 30 min when bulking... but however i come from a school of bulking doesn't mean fattening..
I think it also depends on the individual. If you are a ectomorph I would say keep cardio to a minimum. If you are a ****morph I would say its ok. Whats your stats btw?
