    Lightbulb Goal 2007

    Hello Guys ,
Have been a member of this forum for almost two years now ... used to keep on reading a lot of articles ...
But now never posted any thing really ...
and now i am gonna start my first TEST E cycle probably in 1 month ...

    My current Stats :
    HEIGHT : 6 FEET 3INCHES
    WEIGHT : 172.5 POUNDS
    AGE : 23 YEARS
    BODY FAT : 8.3%

My Current Weak Points Soon to be Strong Points :
    Chest (Bench Press : 135 pounds )
    Shoulders
    Triceps
    Forearms
    and Legs

    MY GOAL :
WEIGHT : 215 POUNDS (by the End of September 2007)
BODY FAT : Around 6% (by the End of Summer 07)
Bench Press : 225 Pounds (in about 1and half years time)
Having Good looking shoulders, tris and legs too by year end.

I have been training for 2 years now ... also went through a personal training course from Can-Fit-Pro (Canada) during which I learnt lot of good training and diet techniques and realized how I had been doing mistakes over and over again in the past.

I just completed my first M1T cycle and I have put on 13 pounds in the last 8 weeks.
On my Test E cycle I hope to put on at least 20 pounds more and be wei***ng close to 200 pounds by end of this May and perhaps one more cycle in the month of August to round myself to my goal of being 215lbs.

Thanks for my reading my post and good luck to all in your endeavors.

So your strong points are back, abs & biceps?
Then you have 5 out of 8 body parts that are weak...

Why don't you hold off on gear for another year until you build a solid foundation. Without a solid base you will lose most of your gains because your body may not adapt to new muscles in a short period of time.

With hard training and eating a lot, you can get to 200lbs naturally.

    Your over 12% Bodyfat...

Sorry man but at a chubby 173lbs at 6'3'' you look like you haven't worked out a day in your life.

Nows the time to correct it. You have so much room for improvment naturally. Steroids are WAY out of the question for you at this time.

Fix the diet and workout routine.

AS are not magic, you will just be wasting your time.

    Agreed.

Bro, what's your diet like. Post your macro's as well. There's definitely a piece of the puzzle missing here cause you don't look like you should touch juice (yet anyways). One more thing to add, at the stage your at now your goals are easily attainable (except the dates) without juice, however getting to 6% bodyfat should be your goal after you have the muscle underneath. Right now, unfortunately, you don't. Basically I'm sayin, bulk than cut. Don't try to do both at the same time.

agree with hellmask on this one. im a triple nationally certified personal trainer and i would say you're at about 14% and it looks like you havent ever really touched weights. you're bench is extremely low, which probably means your other lifts are too. now for the good news....at 6'3" you could easily get up to 215 in the next 3 years with correct and consistent diet, lifting and maybe some supplements. you will be much happier 3 years from now if you reached that goal naturally, which is very possible. stay natty.

    Back

these are my back pics ...
u still think i never picked up weights ...
and i checked my body fat percentage at the college atheletic department which was checked by a official there ...
on 29th january 2007 was 11.5% and when i went back as on 19th february 2007 it was 8.3%.

My opinion is don't waste your first cycle when you haven't reached a plateau. And don't tell me you've reached your limit. Can you not figure out how to increase a 135lbs bench press? Try the workout forum before AAS

Trust me, wait on the first cycle, it's not a race and you have plenty to gain...

    1) Stay off the cycle, you have long ways to go before you are ready for a cycle.
    2) Get help on your diet, it's not good.

    Good luck.

    1. Quit being a walking GNC advertisment...their shit sucks and its overpriced (SVT you know that )
    2. Eat some real food, don't expect to grow by drinking most of your nutrition
    3. Catch up everything to your shoulders
    4. FORGET any exogenous substances..stick with food and a good training progream. Im not a big fan of bench press and/or #s with it..but 135lbs?? Come on.
    5. You are nowhere near 8.3% bodyfat, I dont care how many bodyfat testings you've had. You're around 14%..

Like small baby.. I want it now to september!!! Look at you thru my eyes. I start cycling withou proper diet and results suck. Than I decided to start eat right and in right amount I went up. You neednt gear, you need food and hard training. Show your self that you can do that only with your mind and not with gear and be sure thats 100% possible.

  16. #16
    You got it.

Taking aas with no training or diet knowledge is pretty foolish...

  17. #17
Yeah bro, dont cheat yourself. I just turned 21 and I'm 6'2" 230 and I've never touched the juice. If you hit a wall years down the line and its legal where your at, maybe you could think about thinking about taking 'em.

hold off on the juice. you have no base at all. no offence, but the others are right. id guess your bodyfat at around 12%, and yes even from the back you dont look like you train. BUT, if you do things the right way and dont rush, this time next year you WILL look like you train. up the calories, up the protein considerably

Ok so lets say you really are 8%, Your goal is to weigh 215 at 6% You've given yourself about 6months to accomplish this,

Well that means you weigh 158lbs at 0%. You want to weigh 202lbs at 0% So thats a 44LBS increase of lean muscle........

Bro it took me 5 f-ing years to do that, Set better goals that you can obtain WITHOUT drugs. We're willing to help but you gotta meet us 1/2 way.

No one here is trying to flame or give you a hard time, but the truth of the matter is, you are no where near ready for the use of AAS.

they are giving you solid advice to learn from the mistakes others have made.
nobody is on this forum to laugh at you only help...too many people dont listen and get crap results and wonder why so people get a little pissed off giving good advice only to fall on deaf ears

dont be one of those losers who train for a few weeks, eat a bad diet then tell others 'i tried steroids and they dont work'

Pay your dues and spend some time in the gym training for a couple of years, if you think that steroids are suddenly going to make you the "hunk" you dream of, your sadly mistaken. The guys that are running cycles seriously have trained for years, have their diet dialed way in and understand that steroids are going to add a lesser percentage to what they have already achieved by busting their balls in the gym and strictly adhering to their diet.
If you are really serious about reaching your goals you need to realize that unless your a gentic freak your going to have several years of consistant training under your belt before you reach your ideal physique. Hang in there, train hard, eat right and you'll succeed! Livestrrong!

I ve been to the gym for almost 2 years really ... since I have been trainin really hard ... jus made lots of mistakes in the past ...

For the first three months in the gym i used to always overtrain myself by working the same muscle group without giving it rest ... and i never knew i was doing it as noone told me until a great gym fella pointed it out to me that i kept doing the same muscle everyday ... so i stopped doing that ...

After rectifying that mistake i still wasnt taking any decent protein intake ...
and then i came through this forum when one of my friends told me that he gained muscle weight by taking in lots of protein ...

so i started listening to the "big guys" in the gym who sent me to GNC ... the dudes at GNC looking at me at that time ... when i was around 145 pounds .. said that i should start taking some weight gainers and drink them as often as i could ... so i started drinking Mega Mass shakes ... i have about 20 empty containers of 15 pound boxes of those sitting in my backyard ... since last fall ...

but still i wasnt gettin enough carbohydrates ...
i was frustated all the time then ... so one of my buddies suggested me to attend a Personal training course ... which i did ... and i realized that most of the excercises i was doing at the gym was just cheating and no correct form ...
after getting over with the course i started working out and gained about 15 pounds ... by own in the last year ...
and then jus recently in the month of february i did a cycle of M1t and gained about 12.5 pounds ...
but its also that it was in this year that i put my diet upto 3900 calories ...
other wise before i was taking 3500 calories everyday.

You're on the right track. Keep eating "REAL" food. Stay away from the shakes and bars as much as possible. Real whole food is the best way to go.

Keep training, Keep eating and Keep listening. Find someone here who you can message and who you trust and listen to them. Maybe someone who was small to begin with (a hardgainer) and then got much bigger (where you want to be). Listen to this person.

Keep us all posted on your progress, post pictures, ask even more questions.

    thats a great start dude

eggs and tuna are very cheap and effective, my daily diet i get through 2-3 chicken breasts, 2 tins of tuna, 12 eggs, oatmeal bread, potatoes, veggies, rice, and afew protein shakes. i sometimes throw in steaks instead of the chicken, and if im lucky i get few afew glasses of smoothies, love that shit. at the moment my calories are around 3500-4000 as im maintaining, and will start building up for bulking again in the next month. will up the calories by 1000-2000 per day. my current protein intake per day is around 350g, this will remain roughly the same when bulking

hope this gives you some ideas

Everyone has been giving you good advice. AS wont make you grow, honestly they might not even give a strength increase if you have a crappy diet.

Ask some guys on here about training and diet, and go get a book or two on weight training. You can get them at most book stores and they have a wealth of knowledge or beginners.

    Good luck.

great information and feedback guys ... i appreciate the time u took to respond ...

  33. #33
Takes Alot of Time, Dedication and knowledge bro... Keep your ears open and take in everything these guys say.. I sat in the Diet Forums and read books like "the Abs Diet" to really critique my diet.. and I've never seen results as quickly as I've wanted before making that step.

Keep at it naturally... in 2 years when your a solid 200+ when you think about using gear.. .your gains would be soo much more significant
