    Tell me I am not alone.......

    In that before you start a new diet/training routine, you eat and drink like you have never done it before?

    I am getting ready to do a strict cutter again and I also plan to go back to a 5 day workout doing 1-2 body parts per session. Of course with it being a cutter, the cardio is gonna go way up from where it is now.

    Anyways, i am actually having some beers right now and have a few hot pockets waiting on me when i am ready for them. Does anyone else do this before starting a new routine? Or am i just a fat slacker?

    i'd say you're a fat slacker.....but i imagine most of the board probably does it too. i used to be fat so im kinda obsessive about that sorta thing

    I do it almost everytime...I'll drink a couple pops (since I don't hardly EVERY drink pop) and I'll eat some chocolate or some candy the day before I start it. Helps keep me sane since I know for the next 12-16 weeks I won't be eating or drinking anything of the sort....I'd say it's normal....

    I wish, my metabolism is slower than a sloth

    I've only bulked once...BF% got to high

    I never crave shitty foods anymore...just excited when I can add more oats/eggs/chicken etc

    I eat basically whatever I want but luckily junk food isnt very appealing to me in th efirst place but I do have bad shit here adn there, probly why I am not under 15%.

    Me. I just had ribs, cheesecake, soda. beer, etc etc.. im about to have ANOTHER beer before i go to bed.

    I'm limiting my cardio to a hardcore exercise bike or whatever lol... because my knee is being retarded.

    You going to keep a log on how crazy you go? First 3 weeks are tough as shit for me to break a habit.

    i usually do it, i eat chocolate,pasta,the good thing is after my last cut i still only drink water and green tea, no more drinks with sugar including juice

    i will be doing the same thing. i start a cutter in a couple months after my next bulkding cycle and i already have in my head what im going to chow down on before my hardcore cutter begins haha. anyway goodluck on ur cut
