I am getting ready to do a strict cutter again and I also plan to go back to a 5 day workout doing 1-2 body parts per session. Of course with it being a cutter, the cardio is gonna go way up from where it is now.
Anyways, i am actually having some beers right now and have a few hot pockets waiting on me when i am ready for them. Does anyone else do this before starting a new routine? Or am i just a fat slacker?
