    Who takes time off?

    about once a year i take about a week or two off in a row to just rest. well im now taking 9 days off (saturday to following monday). i have been off cycle for about 3 months and i am dealing with a couple of injuries (tendenitis in the elbow, shoulder pain) felt like the last couple weeks were a waste of workouts. i feel like crap not being there but i always feel great when i get back. how often do you guys take time off.

    I take a week off once every 6-8 wks.....you gotta have time off....

    Not typically when Im not injured.

    My back just started bothering me again and I might take a week off again

    I never take off, unless injured which is not often.When i don't have acess to a gym I still find my self repping out 1,000 push ups

    hmmmmmm....interesting......i never take these long stints off.......y'all are weird. GET BIG OR DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....

    Why take time off anyway???

    4-real a day or two at the most,but weeks thats to much time

    i had surgery one time and they told me i had to stay out of the gym for 4 weeks.......3 days later......back hittin da iron baby

    I take time off if I am injured or if life is just too busy to get in some good training sessions. Typically I miss part of December every year with Christmas and whatnot. I missed most of December in 2006 due to healing from tricep tendinitis and tennis elbow. I started again in January and them got sick about 3 weeks ago and it is just gone today (the first day I have felt better was today). It sucks cause I had a plan to be leaner and meaner and ready to hit cycle 2 this month...I will have to get back into my routine and aim for April. I think it is healthy to take some time off every year...

    went back. my elbow feels good. its the first time in about a month i was able to get a good upper body workout in and not baby my elbow.. had a great shoulder pump lastnight...

    I might skip a day if I'm feeling tired but I'll hit it hard the following day. Never really feel a need to take off 1 week + at a time.

    just took a week off,the first time since summer last year...but i feel great,joints dont ache,not tired and bizzarly i feel bigger.think maybe cus im not burning of any cals,but dont really know

    i will be taking a week off in about a week and half after im done with this letro for my PCT. my body desperatly needs it.
