I need help on a cutting cycle

I've done 2 diff cycles before now I want to do a cutting cycle that will give real results and shredd me the F_@*% up. can you guys help. I am 6'2 238 I am nice exept in the gut area. What is an effective does with real results. (primoboldan*winstrol)

Try this one out bro:
Week 1-10 EQ 400mg-600mg per week
Week 4-10 winny 50mg per week
t 3 week 1-6
Clen/ECA stack week 10 on.
Cardio 2-3 times a week, eat plenty of protein don't go crazy with your carbs, and you will see great results.
