    Help from pro please...

    OK im starting my first cycle...

    im 6'0 , 218, bf = 15%, age 21

    Now i know your gonna say do some research and i have, but i was hoping someone can tell me directly what i shold use fo my first cycle

    I would love the help can someone pleaseset something up for me, by the way its mainly to get ripped, not so much size, but the cuts

    check the diet form, steroids dont rip you up diet and cardio do

    I know that but steroids help i know i want to get bigger but i want my first cycle to be the cutting cycle

    Superlift thats the thing i do have a mental thing going and it will pump me up even more man if you know what i mean its all in the head would you be able to tell me how i should do this first cutting cycle of my life bro, seems lik your the guy who knows what hes talking about

    Steroids have got to be the best dieting aid ever. Some roids help metabolize fat and fat stores to be used more frequently and most importantly helps you keep your muscle from wasting away from lots of cardio and from very low calorie diets.

    test prop is best for cutting however if this is your first cycle i would not recommend it, because it is ideal to inject everyday and can be pretty painful to virgin muscles

    i would recommend for a first cycle 500mg week test E for 10 weeks, if you diet and do cardio you will see good results. i also would take an anti estrogen such as 10mg nolva ed or .25mg letro everyday to reduce water retention(bloat)

    No way should anyone set up a cycle for you. You are talking about injecting hormones that in many countries are illegal. Sure we will gave advice to people if they are set on using AAS to make sure the use them SAFELY. But no way would I ever just suggest to someone, I dont know who doesnt already have some research done, a cycle they should run. I dont think anyone should be a part of that.

    I honestly just think you should take a look at all of the profiles and read up on different AAS. Than YOU can decide what is best for you, only you know what you want to gain and risk. Trust me you will be thankful later knowing some moron online who doesnt know jackshit who just wanted to screw around with a newb created your cycle. This way you can see what would be best for you and we can help make sure you use the compound(s) safely.

    Ya but water retention or not...I dont see what that has to do with dropping body fat.
    I read this commonly online. Test is test, you will have the same results either way, even if you gain water using Cyp or Enth you can lose it in literally less than a day.

    ok well this is what i had in mind....

    test prop for 12 weeks 500 mlg once a week, and for the first four weeks take Clen once a day? is that a good start

    I picked my own cycle and than people gave me input on how to make it better...ie. what compound to run longer than others and appropriate dosings. Thats what I believe everyone should do. Know your goals and pick out the anabolics you feel will best accomplish those goals and let some more senior people perfect it.
    I say this because I am not one of the believers who thinks you have to run a test only first cycle at 500mg per week.

    fair enough, however you dont NEED to run more to get great results considering
    it is a first cycle. as long as diet is on point, test can be really all you need to obtain your goals(whatever they may be).

    Ya a test only cycle for 12 weeks in fine. But you dont want to inject Prop but once a week. I would inject it ed or eod at least. If you are looking for a test only cycle and less frequent injections you would be better off using test cyp.
    You said you want to cut so using clen is ok as well. But I would use it towards the end of the cycle and into PCT to take advantage of its anti-catabolic effects while your test levels are tapering down in your system.

    test prop is ideal to do ED, you can do it eod, test E or test C you can do as little as once a week, however i like to split it and do 2 a week to try to maintain as stable as possible

    ED=Every day, EOD=Every other day.
