I have done clen before and var before and liked both of them, I am 5'10" 201 and I am really just looking to lose a little fat, maybe put on 5lbs solid muscle, but mainly want to increase my strength without gaining alot of weight. I was 216 in Feb. and have cut down to 201, diet is in check so what do u think about this:
Clen- cycle up from 20mcgs to 120mcgs and stay at 120mcgs for 8 weeks.
Var- 50 to 60(depending on which brand I can get) for 8 weeks.
1. Would it be best to run them at the same time for the 8 weeks or start clen and then after 4 weeks throw in the var so the cycle would last 12 weeks that way instead of 8?
2. I have read that some people use pct and some don't on a clen var cycle, I opt to be safe and will prob go with clomid/nolvadex, sound good?
