    Sleep Aids affect cycle/gear production?

I work a second shift job and train after work then come home watch some tv and knock myself out with Equate sleep aid liquidcaps (active ingredient diphenhydramine hydrochloreide usp 50mg).Recently i asked my doctor about a script of lunesta cause on the equate i wake up continuously either having to piss or just cant sleep. He gave me one but when i saw price which was $120 for 30 pills/30 day supply i turned it down and now am wondering about trying either valiums or zanax for a sleep aid since alot cheaper but not sure how much this will affect me as far as using gear or test production. It seems it would be more helpfull since i read you need more sleep while on cycle but will sleep aids interfere with your gear?

Be careful with the benzos...they can be very habit-forming.

As for interfering with training or your cycle?

As long as you only take them "as needed" before you go to bed at night, so you can get some sleep, I don't see it being a problem...I too will eat an ambien or xanax to calm me or help me sleep at night "as needed"...not to be made a habit of!

Only time sleep is an issue for me is when I'm on tren...tren and I have a love-hate relationship....

    Good luck,
