43, review my cycle

I am planning to do the follwoing cycle,
350mg of deca / wk for 10-12 weeks?
500mg of test e / 13 week
then for PCT
Arimidex and Nolva? which one is better?

I'm 5/7", 195lbs, working out for more than 10 years, 43 years old, work out 5-6 times a week. I have not done any steroids for about a decade. I did 2 cycles of Test and Deca together, but again 10 years ago.

Recently I did 2 cycles of Superdrol, before that M1T, about 2 years ago with Nolve and Clomid for PCT.

I do my protein shakes, and nothing else right now (except for vitamis, etc).

Is the above cycle a good one for my age group? also what would be the benefit of Arimedex VS Clomid? or should clomid be out of the picture compeltely? thanks for the help.

I have dropped clomid from my pct as I think it messes with my emmotions. If i had a choice i would run aromasin with nolvedex. Adex with nolvadex is my runner up and happens to be what I have on hand.

I assume you mean
weeks 1-12 deca
weels 1-13 test e

i would run aromasin or another AI all the way through. Considering your age provides additional reason to run an AI. Men convert a larger portion of their test to estrogen as we age. I assume this is due in part to more aromatase.

Hey bro, I'm 50yrs old and the last 2 cycles I used Anthony Roberts PCT and I loved it. My last cycle looked liked your's except I threw in d-bol for 4 weeks, and I recovered realy nice Oh I also threw in 50 mgs ED of proviron and I used cabergoline .5 mgs Every 4th day for the progesteron sides from the deca.

Thanks for the info. I would have to ask my docor if I could get the d-bol and add it. I am probably startingt he cycle at the end of MAY. I want to get the most info as possible, and at the same time work my butt off to the max, so I can get the best results without gear and then get even better results.
