    before/after gained 20lbs

    ...sorry just got 2 shot thus far, but i appreciate feedback, weak areas, etc..

    haha, no man, that's hours of straight bic razor... f'n sucks, fact of my life. I just have to live with until i can afford the permanent lazor hair removal surgery..hahaha

    LOL, thats funny

    Im naturally not a hairy guy I basically have not body hair on my chest or face, which is nice. But after my first cycle my stomach started to get a little happy trail which my women loved. I went from shaving what little hair on my chin that I have from once a week to sometime twice a week now. My friends envy me. It sucked in highschool cause I was the only guy on my baseball team that didnt have a goatee.

    what are you some kind of albino? you lucky fuk, i've been shavin my body since i was 18. Sh!t that's like 11 years ago now.. haha I prefer the chics who don't like the hair, ya dig? lol

    thanks bro

    i flucuate everyday but i'm usually around 170, i'm 5'7. By the end of the summer I'd like to be around 185.

    i hit legs every wendsday

    3x Squat 12,10,8
    3x Extensions "
    3x Hamstring Curls "
    2x, 2x superset, Abductor & Hip Flexor 15,12,10
    3x Calf Raises

    usually can't walk and want to throw up by the time i'm done on wendsdays..

    Focus a little more on those squats if you can. Maybe a 12,6,6,4 and then burnout at about 70%. Also maybe a leg press. Those are the exercises that helped me bring my legs up to par. Just my 2 cents.

    thanks guys, actually I do do a leg presses. I think I called them leg extensions, my bad.. thanks for the compliments guys, I appreciate them very much!
