Last week was first week on Amplify 02 and Raw MCC......love the Amplify the MCC haven't noticed anything yet....Anyway, I am getting great pumps and feeling great while working out, to the point where I don't wanna leave the gym.
Prior to last week I hadn't been getting sore really after working out but since I started on the Amplify I have been getting sore. The soreness is not horrible and last only a few days, but still a lot more soreness then before. Since I started with the stack I added about another lift or so per muscle group.
You guys think I am overtraining or just taking my muscles that extra step the NO is allowing me to do, and they will get accustomed to the intensity of the workout.....
