Thinking of trying helios before my next cycle. It's injectible clen and yohimbine. It supposedly has the added benefit of spot reducing fat. A buddy of mine is on it right now, and he swears by it. i have heard that spot reduction is impossible, but my buddies reults beg to differ! He's losing mostly fat around the mid-section.
Anyone here ever try helios? What kind of results did you get?

Spot reduction implies the ability to specify fat loss in a specific area. This is not what you site above.

Since men notoriously carry most of their fat in the midsection, it makes sense they'd lose it most from there. Report back when he tells you that he can mostly target thigh, chest or back fat...then you'll have a case.
