If you plan on exercising tricepss, biceps, and forearms in one day what order would you do them in, tris first or bis first? why?
If you plan on exercising tricepss, biceps, and forearms in one day what order would you do them in, tris first or bis first? why?
I switch up every week. One week i start with Bi's, the next week Tri's, and the third week I mash the exercises up together (BB Curls/Skull crunches/preachers/Presses/seated one arm DB curls etc).
No particular reason, other than variety.
i like to do bis first to warm up my elbows.
arnold said he liked to do bi's first because the pumped bi's made it feel like a "cushion" for when he did his tricep exercises...
i do them both evenly usually, i'll do 4 sets of bi's then 4 sets of tri's, then another 4 of bi's and another 4 of tri's, and so on........i like having the whole arm pumped at once..feels good!
I always work Triceps first. I don't feel I would be able to press as heavily if I did Bi's first.
what ever is lagging workout first.
