    start school tommorow

    was wondering if mhp probolic-sr with 1/2 cup oats is an ok mid morning meal, i will eat a whole food at noon

    Thats what I'm worried about. Homework and lots of classes makes dieting and training a bitch.

    I'm back the 10th of September, also my last year. Can't wait to finish it, get a job and get into a routine so I can get the most out of my workouts.

    well man i dont know what a mhp probolic sr is but as long as you're getting your a good amount of protein and complex carbs i dont see why not...

    mhp probolic sr is a mix of caseine and whey

    yea sounds good then. if u have the money u should look into weightgainer shakes so u dont have to get the carbs in separately. also do u pay more for the casein/whey mix? the long digesting casein may kind of be a waste since ull be eating again in a couple hours anyways.
