Im starting my first cutting cycle 2morro and I want to know if the amount of cardio I do is to much. I do cardio fist thing in the morning keeping my heart rate about 154 for a solid hour/hour and a half. Later on throughout the day I bike everywhere because I have no vehicle...DUI related.
I do this everyday 7 days a week but on the sixth I only do 1/2 hour. Im not even including evening weight lifting...is this to much with a calorie intake of 2400??? I weigh 255lbs at 6ft even@roughly18%bf. My goal=220lbs in 8-10weeks. Im running test prop 1.25ml eod+winny oral ed.
