Body Type : 6'1, Good looking, 195lbs.
10th grade 250 lbs
Senior year - (ran 7 miles a day, weightlifted 4 days a week) 180lbs
continued running and dieting Freshman at college - 170lbs.
Now after hating the no eating life... i am up to
195lbs and im pretty jacked. I am at the gym 2-3 hours
day weight lifting and have a pretty good build.
suppliments include:
Redline
Whey/Soy Protein.
i have a hard 4 pack and broad shoulders
and everything i will be glad to post pictures shortly
But...
lately i havent been seeing any kind of improvements.
i mean i am getting bigger but i dont want to get bigger
than 200lbs... i would rather stay around 185lbs Cut and Lean.
i was wondering if there is some kind of mix/recipe of aas
that could help me cut alittle fat and tone right up.
the only place where i really have a downfall is
my abs. my lower lower abs has a small fatty/skin deposit
and my hips.
i definitely have alot of motivation to work it off and ive
seriously been trying but its not helping.
its really not. and now i would like to ask ur help.
please any advice would be great!
