So for the past 7 weeks i've been bulking, i gained 20lbs, lot of water of course, but it made me a little less explosive (obviously i forgot im an athlete for a sec and bulked. lol )
So now i have 6 weeks left, possibly 8 or 9 if i get more juice, can i start cutting for the rest of the cycle and lose a good ammount of fat in the next 8 weeks ?
I'll add ECA daily, more cardio, and most importantly, a cutting diet.
Being on juice, i guess i can take my diet to the extreme without worring about muscle, what do you think ? regular low carb high protein about 1000cals below maintanance ?
Can I get good results in 8 weeks ? (test E 500MG PER WEEK, already loaded to full dose in blood as im in the middle now)
