    9 Months natural bulking

    Alright guys. Some background information.

    21 years old, 5'10. 203 pounds. Starting bulking heavy 9 months ago from a weight of 152 pounds. I am a little round and rough around the edges but its all part of the process. I will be cycling hopefully next may after i lean up a bit and squeeze every last bit of size onto my frame as i can.

    I know it is time to cut up soon, so forgive my rounded physique.

    Areas for improvement i see: Chest (needs to fill out a lot more, ive always had a TINY chest). biceps and legs. basically everything lol.

    Thoughts, critiques, comments appreciated.

    I would say for now just really concentrate on your diet and cardio ..

    lookin awesome bro, ive seen dudes post up cycles and have less progress than uve made natty, thats awesome!!!.as far as what to bring up as u keep developing and as u lean up it will become apparent what needs a little extra attn.also i think u need to take your physique to what looks pleasing to you and we all vary on that, good job bro!!!!!

    now I would personally cut down to 10-11%, and do it all over again. are you planning on cycling?

    dont cut till youve achieved a weight thats 10 lbs above what you wanna end up as after your done leaning out. Amorphic, damn i wish i had before pics. Before i started this I was 145 lbs at 5'10 1/2. Talk about similar starting stats. I was 205 before i touched anything, and i did it in about a year JUST like you did. we should start a thread together lol. Im now touching 220, But im no longer natural. GETTING TO THE POINT.Your doing amazing. Those are some sick gains, and your lagging parts will develop if you switch your split around. Thats what I had to do. Or start training every other day. Best change I made in my routine. You'll come back more refreshed each workout and stronger. How long are you gunna wait to hit the gear? are you waiting for a certain weight? Cuz ill be honest id say your gettin close my man.

    Thanks man, very encouraging. As of right now I'm planning to start in May of 08, when the school semester is over and i can focus the hardest on my training and diet without too many distractions. By the end of this year I would like to be sitting at a solid 210 and maintain that weight up until its time to cycle and hopefully cut up a bit.

    Everyone else, thank you for your comments, you guys keep me motivated!

    You will. Do me and all of us a favor, take pics before you start your cycle when your around 210. Are you gunna do the standard 500 mg test E a week? Thats always a staple but your so much more damn knowledgable compared to the other first cycler's its almost different circumstances for you

    yes i will be taking pictures before i start my cycle and afterwards to log the progress. As everyone says, test e is the staple but i will be going a different route.

    my plan is to run 500mg test e for 14 weeks
    and deca 400mg 1-12
    arimidex .5mg ed throughout with letro on hand just in case.

    possibly will frontload the first week to get things going quick.
    pct will be something pretty big to compensate for the deca shutdown, most likely nolva/aromasin/hcg.

    we'll see what happens when the time comes, until then i'm going to keep plugging away and see where i end up when its time to jump on the aas wagon. lots of work to be done still.

    Id always recommend to get caber or bromo on hand as well. Honestly i feel foolish giving you advice since your so smart with most of this but i wouldnt use deca with test for my first. I was thinking of an oral in all honesty. They can be stopped real quick and the only PRESSING issue of a short term use of 17a AAS is liver, and ive found that to be overrated. I had a 8 week halotestin run of 50 mg a day, yes you all read that right. Know what my liver values came back as? Normal. never know how the bodies gunna react.

    There is something to consider before your cycle, that no one has mentioned. Have you thought about how bad your stretch marks will be after you gain 10-20 pounds? I have them in the same places you do...even on my quads and ass from my legs getting big so fast.

    Perhaps some bros could fill us in...what's the "new thing" for dealing with stretch marks?

    yeah stretch marks on my chest have definetly been an issue, since i had basically no chest whatsoever when i started, any gains ive made have stretched pretty good. thus is the nature of bulking i suppose, i'll have to grab an otc strech mark remedy and see if it works. i have a few barely visible ones on my biceps and some near my crotch on the back of my hamstrings from leg work.

    yeah ive put thought into that as well, a dbol kickstart perhaps. i always wanted to see how much mass a 19nor would put on my frame, hence the deca. nothings set in stone yet, still a long way out from cycle time.
