im bulking right now... so cardio question. i play hockey competitivly, and i was wondering that is 2 games a week (sometime 3) good enough for cardio? or should i start jogging on off days as well.

Depends on what you consider "bulking". Is it a clean bulk or dirty?
If clean, let the hockey be the only form of cardio. If completely filthy (haha), then maybe add another cardio.

i agree...im currently clean bulking and i do just enough cardio to keep my fat gain down to a minimum, but not enough to keep me from gaining my much wanted mass...if you find that the hockey alone is keeping the fat off than stick with it, if not then maybe add some medium intensity cardio on your off days.
