It really depends on your goals. OT works good but isn't as noticable as a change as say, injectable test. Whats your reasoning for an oral and not injectable?

I don't think you'll see much from the winny in that period better to go 6.

OT - you do mean oral turinabol, right? If so, 40mg would be about right but I've personally never seen it ran along with test e, normally as a substitute. someone else may have a different take or experience.
