since ive been dieting right ive been peeing yellow like peeing gatorade yellow. as far as i knew that ment that you are Dehydrated but im not ive been drink plent of water

could this be from my diet change or somthing else

any comments?

Asstated above flourecent looking urine is usually due to a high concentation of vitamins. As long as your urinations are not brownish in color and short(small amount of fluid) your all good. Also dehydrated urine has a stale smell to it. Any wrestler who cut weight knows it well.
The neon urine gives me a little mental boost, kinda like I know i've got my max of vitamins...I think its really some die the manufacurer puts in the pill to give it that effect. lol

Odd colouring often means Kidney problems..... The black or even dark brown can be from dead blood cells.

Redness could mean you have a small amount of bleeding too
