    Casein protein

    Anyone know a good brand of casein protein? I got the orange creamsicle probolic and I am not a fan. Its pretty tough to get down and doesnt mix well. Anyone try the ON casein? Does soy or egg take a while to digest like casein? On that note I tried the ON whey fruit punch and I liked it.

    i like the ON casein chocolat flavor is good, ON also has a PM complex thats good as well
