I would go 500/week for 12 weeks. When you run test, you don't just grow and grow no matter how long you are on. Various factors come into play, but you will see as you cycle more that the deeper you get into a cycle the more the gains start to taper off, and it's more and more critical to have near perfect diet and training. As for the dosage, I've personally ran various amounts, from 250mg/week to over 1g/week, and for me I never saw any greater gains past around 600mg/week. For a first cycle your receptors are fresh, 500mg/week for 12 weeks will show great gains if your diet and training are in check. Follow a good pct and save the rest for the next cycle, imo.
