    test e inject question?

    so i decided to go from a 14 weeks cycle to a 10 weeks cycle, its barely my firs week but i wanna do something and need some advice


    ITS MY FIRST CYCLE

    i have 30ml of test e 250mg which would let me run a 15wk at 500mg so if i run 10 weeks it would give me a perfect 750mg a week


    okay so you're probably wondering WTF do i want?

    well how would i inject 750mg of test e, what i did before was inject monday and thursday at 250mg, would i just replace one of the 250 shots with a 500 or something else?

    on your first cycle you don't need 750mg/week, it would be a waste in my opinion. However regardless of how much you use you would want stable blood levels, so you just take half the weekly dosage twice a week.

    so do you think taking 500 for 15 weeks make more sense then? and if yes why?

    I would go 500/week for 12 weeks. When you run test, you don't just grow and grow no matter how long you are on. Various factors come into play, but you will see as you cycle more that the deeper you get into a cycle the more the gains start to taper off, and it's more and more critical to have near perfect diet and training. As for the dosage, I've personally ran various amounts, from 250mg/week to over 1g/week, and for me I never saw any greater gains past around 600mg/week. For a first cycle your receptors are fresh, 500mg/week for 12 weeks will show great gains if your diet and training are in check. Follow a good pct and save the rest for the next cycle, imo.
