Thread: any ideas for a beginner?

    any ideas for a beginner?

    i don't know if i should do steroids or not. b/c ive already been told that my guy thats hooking me up doent know what hes talking about. hes not really big either. lol
    is there any thing that can help me gain 15 or 20 lbs of muscle that wont hurt me or cost an arm and a leg?
    or should i just use the 1gram of protein per lbs of body weigth and eat like 5 meals a day and have a protein shake in the middle of the night?
    i use to protein shakes, creatine, and vitamin every day now. im almost 20, weigh 145. very lean only 5 foot 6.

    any help is appreciated

    yes you should be even more strict on diet when on cycle but ur diet should very good if looking to grow. not nesicarily clean but right macros

    In my opinion i dont think you should either but im not a doctor.... .. im sure you can put on another 15-20lbs of muscle within the next year with a consistant work out schedual and an on point diet.. and try to get your protien from "real food" as much as possible dont rely on protien shakes all the time ...just my 2 cents..

    in the morning take a vitamin, 20 gram portein shake, 400 calorie low fat meal
    one high protein sandwhich( lots of ham and cheese) before work out and one after workout each have 25 grams of protein in them.
    dinner i make sure to eat a high protein and healthy one. more peices of meat than anything. haha and sometimes salads.
    before i go to bed i drink on more protein shake with 20 grams of protein
    and i take 2 creatine shakes a day.
    i drink a lot of caffeine though. like coffee in the mornig and diet cokes.
    i need to quit that b/c it burns calories right?

    you need to figure out how many cals you're body burns and up them to gain muscle.. and burning calories isnt a bad thing.... you need to eat more to build more... burning the cals will just tim the fat.. basically you need to figure out your diet bro..

    ugghhh no to test sus unless you liek lots of injections!

    for a beginner id get test e or test c, and take 300-500mg a week for 10 weeks and see how ya fare with that! should be pretty good if its ur first go round.

    Diet is everything in this game..you are not ready for steroids for a lot of reasons..work on improving your diet if you wanna gain weight

    the bad thing about eatin a lot of real protein is i cannot eat eggs!! uggh im allergic to them. it sucks. b/c everyone i talk to about it eats them. and i cant afforda steak everyday. what about rice for calories and carbs? not friend rice just regular white rice?

    white rice for post workout is good get brown rice and its perfect for carbs and such

    u dont need steak buy cans of tuna and eat 4 a day. people look wrong about tuna and the mercury u can eat 10 cans a day and be fine its way exagerated.the content of mercury in cans of tuna are not bad i would never go past 10 but u could its not a big deal
