I elevated my cardio from 3.0 x45 min in the morning and 30 min after weight training but only morning cardio on days off.To just trading the treadmill after my workout for the stepping mill for the same time.
The tightness started yesterday and I changed up the cardio 3 weeks ago.Could this air restriction be from my high cardio activity?
