looking to get rid of water weight from sus looking to add winny. Any suggestions how i should go about it. I have 50mg tabs

at what point in the sust cycle are you?

if your 6 weeks in to a 12 week cycle then yes running winny with the sust and a clean diet will help

i am starting week 3 tomorrow 7 more weeks to go.

if your looking to cut out water weight, start using small doses of adex. Works great for me. I'm bout to start week 8 of a 12 week sust cycle. But next week I'm going to add 50 mg/day of winny for six weeks.

If you doing a 10 week cycle start 50mg/day of winny after week 6. Do the winny for six weeks overlapping the sust by two weeks so u can start pct day after last winny injection. IMO.
