Thread: energy foods

    energy foods

    right i am quite new to all this just started my mirst course test 300 and ncp i think ment to do 1 mg of each but starting on half of each, i am only a small build 64kg as i go alot of kickboxing etc etc but i am finding it hard to keep my energy up i get up at 8 every day do a few hours work finish about 4 but when i get in i fall asleap fo about 2 hours, and go to bed about 11 every night nothing to late,

    think is i am a very fussy eater i dont eat fruit or fish i make sure i eat oats every morning and veg and meet at dinner and usual sandwich etc for lunch

    i am just having trouble finding the energy to do things anyone point me in the direction of high energy foods, and or any sups that are good for this,

    forget sups or high-energy foods

    first list your current diet... I guess it's 3 meals a day right?

    you have no business starting gear with your stats and what little I could make out of your diet (which doesn't look good at all)

    I'm afraid your gears won't give anything with a poor diet like yours.
    That is the cause of your lack of energy. You need to eat at least every three hours and be sure to have the daily caloric intake your body needs to not go in overstrain and fatigue.

    ok thanks people i started yesterday making snacks for the whoe day pasta and steak or pasta rice and chic. just got to get use to eating that amout now pluss my 3 shakes a day

    Try to post your complete diet with macros in the diet forum bro. Very helpful

    you think your meant to do 1mg of each? per week? per day?

    not a good start.

    sort ya diet out first, aas later.
