right i am quite new to all this just started my mirst course test 300 and ncp i think ment to do 1 mg of each but starting on half of each, i am only a small build 64kg as i go alot of kickboxing etc etc but i am finding it hard to keep my energy up i get up at 8 every day do a few hours work finish about 4 but when i get in i fall asleap fo about 2 hours, and go to bed about 11 every night nothing to late,
think is i am a very fussy eater i dont eat fruit or fish i make sure i eat oats every morning and veg and meet at dinner and usual sandwich etc for lunch
i am just having trouble finding the energy to do things anyone point me in the direction of high energy foods, and or any sups that are good for this,
