    New to this great board

    Hows everyone doing, great board good info all over this thing. I'am 31 and looking to get back into working out and getting back in great shape. I took a few things in my 20's and might have been around 187 and 5% body fat, now iam 212 and i dont want to know my body fat lol.

    Anyway , great board i hope it gets my body where it should be
