hey
a friend of mine only ordered a 1 month ( 4week) cycle he said... i didnt think 4 weeks was long enough but he said he gained alot still
weither i will do a month or more...
should i do 500mg of test once or twice a week? witch days should i inject? and in the morning or at night?
as for PCT, just plain nolvadex work? and should i start the nolvadex at 20mg a day the first day i start my cycle or do i start the nolvadex after the cycle?

Depends what the compound he ordered was. Short ester test can be used for a short time, but the normal is still at least 6-8 weeks on them.
