I always used to use ON whey and it was killing me having to go to the bathroom all the time, I then went to muscle milk, tasted great but I was getting to be a fatty (not really but was a little chunky), most recently I have been using Isopure, I love it, but it has no carbs and if I recall you need carbs with your post workout shake. I am not looking to be bulky and huge, I am looking to be medium build and cut, do not want to look like I go to the gym every day. Currently 24, 6'1", 195 looking to drop down to 182-185 tops.
