Hi Guys. I am beginning a lean bulking diet soon but I would also like to burn a little fat along the way so was considering doing some am cardio on an emtpy stomach. I am aiming to lose fat but not muscle so how can I calculate how much effort to put in ? I know it all depends on your heart rate so if I bought myself a watch that could tell my heart rate what should I be aiming for ? I am 26 and intend on using an excercise bike for 45 mins.
