Whats up fellas, so im in the Natural Gas and Petrolium business and my work is well pretty much a cake walk, im on location monitoring a gas well for 12 hours a day and my job only takes 3 to 5 mins to do out of the hour which after that im doin not a damn thing but sitting on my ass myspacing, watching movies, or playin video games, so i went out and bought a bench from walmart pretty simple set up it sits up, inclines, and declines, as well as flat bench and i only got 35lb dumbbells cause they didnt have any bigger ones and pretty much thats all i have to work wit til i buy sum heavier dumbbells, so i have a lot of time working out which is good, and also i run on my location for an hour, but im having trouble figuring out the workouts with only usuing dumbbell, i know a a few good ones but i need help on all the work outs i can do wit dumbbells and which body parts to target every day, first day i only did chest and bis, and the next day i did back, shoulders, and tris, can anyone help me out on this subject! much apprecieated
